The location is awesome, right at the end of the main street in Provenza, close to bars and restaurants. My room on the 6th floor had a great city/mountain view. I loved the breakfast, especially the chicken soup! The cleaning staff did an excellent job keeping everything spotless.

Good area for restaurants, bars, and markets. Private bathroom with daily cleaning. Affordable rooms.
Rooms are cramped compared to nearby hotels. Hot water in the shower was inconsistent. Noise levels from nearby bars can be disruptive.

The location is prime, just a stone's throw from the lively Parque Lleras, which was perfect for us. We loved the vibrant atmosphere and weren't bothered too much by the evening buzz until it got loud in our Standard Double Room.
My kids wished the noise level was lower. it was tough for them to sleep.

Recommend it for couples
I mean the staff , they were very friendly and helpful! They went out of their way to. The breakfast included delicious options like eggs and sausage , which was a nice touch. We were only able to enjoy it one morning due to our schedule, but that meal really stood out.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but for what we got, it was still acceptable.

The hotel is well-located in El Poblado, surrounded by restaurants and bars, making it convenient for business travelers. The staff was attentive, and Madeleine was particularly helpful in coordinating my transportation needs. The breakfast offered a good selection of options, contributing positively to my stay.
Noise levels from nearby bars can be disruptive.

I had an awesome experience with the all-day coffee service and the delicious breakfast, especially enjoyed the fresh chicken soup! However, the noise from the bars kept me up at night.

The Standard Double Room was decent, but the noise at night was pretty disruptive. I mean, we could hear people coming back late and partying hard. The room itself was clean and had a comfy bed, but the hot water in the shower was hit or miss. Would recommend bringing earplugs to sleep, though. The view was a nice touch, and I liked the air conditioning working well. Breakfast wasn’t a big deal, and I honestly can’t recall much about it, which says something right there.
